Return, Exchange and Cancellation

 General return policy

Subject to meeting our return, exchange, and cancellation policies below, we offer 7 days return which allows our customers to return their order partially or fully.

Please note that customized orders cannot be canceled or changed after processing your order.

Return process

To request a return, please contact us and provide us with your order details.

Please make sure that the product is in its original condition (unworn and in the same condition it was delivered in and with no make-up stains and no perfume). 

The order will be inspected before we approve the return. Please allow 2-4 working days for the inspection process.

If the return process is denied, the item will be sent back to you and a shipping fee will be applicable. Please refer to our Orders and Delivery page.

Damaged and wrong order fulfillment will be exchanged and delivered free of charge once we approve the return.

Cancellation and Changes

To cancel or to make a change to your order, kindly Contact Us. Once an order has been delivered or dispatched, please follow the return process within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Refunding will only be processed after inspecting and approving the return of the order. Refunds will be made into the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
